Olson 12-string
James Olson of Circle Pines, Minnesota, began making guitars in 1977 and came into prominence in the 1980s when such notable players as Phil Keaggy and James Taylor began playing Olsons.
This Olson 12-sring (inv. #AM5799) was made in 2000 and features custom fingerboard inlay by Larry Robinson, a 17-inch body with Indian rosewood back and sides, and an internal pickup. It comes with an L.R. Baggs Para Acoustic DI box, a custom Calton case and a custom-ordered gig bag. In Mint condition, it is offered at $15,000.
