Cindy Walker wrote some of the all-time great country songs, including "You Don't Know Me," "Bubbles in My Beer," "Cherokee Maiden," "I Don't Care," "Dream Baby," "In the Misty Moonlight"... The list goes on long enough - she had over 400 songs in the Top 40 charts - to put her in the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Many of her songs were written on this 1946 Martin 00-17. At some point she had the guitar refinished (except for the front of the peghead). The guitar comes with a photo of her playing this guitar, along with documentation from her estate.
